Cancellation and Scheduling Policy:

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions and packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled. Sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to scheduled time. Any late cancellations will count as a used session and will not be rescheduled. Upon booking through this site you agree with these terms.
